- In Round Steamer, combine seasoning with chicken. Cover and microwave on high 6–7 min, or until chicken is cooked through. Use Ground Meat Separator to break up chunks.
- Carefully stir in beans, tomatoes, broth, and veggies—the Steamer will be full! For easier handling, place Steamer on a large plate. Cover Steamer and microwave on high 6–7 min, or until soup is hot and veggies are soft.
Serve with a small, whole-wheat dinner roll and 2 cups leafy greens with 1 tbsp Epicure Dressing.
